What were your c-section side effects?

Question

I know c-section can cause a lot of gas/wind, but I keep getting up and something (feels liquidy but happy to suggest its air) is literally dropping from my lungs, its suddenly hard to breathe and then takes me a while to stand straight. 
Had baby on Tuesday 4 days ago. 
Also got the shoulder pain which I know is normal.
I also sometimes hear "fluid" move from under my ribs when i breast feed

Just hoping its normal!?

You can get central back pain that radiates to your chest due to bf. You have just had your core muscles cut so when your feeding it puts more strain on your back. Make sure your not slouched forward and use pillows to raise baby up to boob.

The hospital told !me that if I had shortness of breath to go to the emergency room right away after my c section, I'd call the doctor at least

I also had a c section Tuesday but don't have that symptom. It doesn't hurt to call the hospital and ask if you're already home. They'll be happy to assist!

I didn't have any side effects from mine. I'd go and get checked out TBH.

I would get seen about the lung issues. The other stuff is normal. I had my second c section 5 days ago and they told me any shortness of breath or dizziness needs to be addressed right away.

Got the shoulder pain, numbness near incision, severe fluid retention/gas.
