Transitioning Pacifiers?

My daughter is almost 14 months and I just learned that she is using the wrong pacifier for her age. I had no idea that they were age specific and now she is hooked on the kind she has been using since she was born. I bought a few different new ones for her age but she won't take any of them. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to transition her to the orthodontic ones? Also, please don't ridicule me for not knowing 🙏🏻
