Some backstory:

An older gentlemen cashier at a favorite grocery store of mine recently accidentally let a customer walk away with a big grocery order who hadn't paid yet. He got reprimanded and then fired yesterday. The cashier had forgotten to check that the transaction was finished and her recipet printed, and by the time he realized it was too late. I know this because my friend works there and she explained. What would you do? Had this ever happened to you? During holidays it seems it gets crazy with the registers and cashiers can get confused/not fully focusing
