belly binders for after c-section?!??

Did you use one after c-section? If so what is the best type and brand to use?? This will be my 1st time having a c-section so any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Hospital provided one but I wasn't able to wear it. I have a short torso and it just wasn't compatible. The nurse told me it might not work but I requested one anyway to see.

Hadn't even heard of them until well after my csection. Still don't know what they're supposed to do.

I bought 2 different Bellefit girdles and they were worth every penny! Super comfortable and I could actually move around much easier while wearing them.

My hospital didn't give me one,  I bought the Geoge on amazon it's a reasonable price, breathable and worked well.
