So, I'm just pissed. This girl has been my best friend for 15 years. She is more like a sister. I found out a little over a month ago that her husband of 8 years has been putting his hands on her. I want to do bodily harm to this asshole. This girl is the sweetest, most amazing person and she deserves so much more. Anyone would be lucky to call her theirs and he just treats her like trash. She (and her 3 kids) is moving in with me this coming week. Im getting her the hell out of there! Has anyone went through this, having it done to a friend? I was in an abusive marriage, but I got out. Im just not sure what to say/do to help keep her strong through it all. I don't want her going back. Im worried. Her mom told her she can't do it on her own, and this man has her used to a certain lifestyle (she drives an escalade).
