Sounds like a infection, possibly just urinal but since it hurts to move it could be something more serious like kidney. Alternatively, you could have a typical UTI and have also pulled a muscle. Best thing to do at this point is go see your gyno/doctor.
vagina pain when peeing, laying down and walking?
ok so this has been going for 3 days now. whenever i pee my vagina stings like you're pouring lemon juice on a cut and today it's starting to hurt when i walk and when i lay down. so does anybody know what to do. i can't go to see a doctor because of stuff that's happening at home. or does anybody know what's happening?? please help, it's painful. oh also i looked at my vagina and it looks fine, the same as it did before. i had my period 1 1/2 weeks ago so it's not time yet.

This sounds exactly what I used to get as a toddler to when I was about 10. I had so many tests done back then and they couldn't find out what was causing it. Over the years it disappeared but the pain was as you have described it. If it continues for another week I would definately see if you can see someone as you wouldn't want to leave pain like that. I hope you feel better soon or get some answers as to what it is x
