Im using nexplanon, same as implanon. I've had sex without condoms here and there for half a year and no babies. I also want to wait 5 yrs and I'm gonna use this as my continuous method (:

Be careful about mirena, it's super duper effective, but I personally had a lot of side effects. Nothing too serious just annoying things I decided I couldn't live with anymore after about 18 months.
