Try using Gold Bond's rough and bumpy skin...it helped me a little bit.

It could be from shaving? Or maybe some food allergy?

It could possibly be an allergic reaction of some sort, so try using a calming body lotion and seeing your doctor if it worsens. However, I have a similar skin condition called keratosis Pilaris which is pretty common and resembles that. Never hurts to do some research! :)

Looks like food allergy make a food journal of everything you eat and how soon you get itchy or more bumps after you eat it usually milk is the culprit but most likely to react within 72 hrs of eating whatever the suspect food is if not that it could be your laundry detergent try getting ivory or one made for baby's clothing to see it it goes away in the mean time try to gently exfoliate and use an unscented lotion or just coconut oil unless you are allergic to nuts if you are use olive oil  maybe take a benudil before bed see if that calms it good luck hope I helped the thing is you need to narrow it down to figure it out
