Been sick for about a week, luckily the sore throat/ears have gone away but the congestion and head cold/sinus pain has taken over double time. I'm used to taking advil cold and sinus but can't with pregnancy. I think I've gone through a whole box of Kleenex today. Anyone have natural remedies or pregnancy safe ideas for a non stop runny nose. Seems to run all day then be dry at night with a cough. Tried vics rub and steam but nothing.... sigh not what I wanted for Christmas Santa!!
