what is this?
Where it's bigger it gets a little itchy sometimes and I'll have random scratches on both sides, like tiny thin long scratches just on both sides of my neck where it's red (including the side with the tiny red spots), also it will go away some days but other that that it's just like that or more red instead of patchy.
