Uncomfortable pressure at 6 weeks

Lately I've been having uncomfortable pressure on my left side we haven't had an ultrasound yet but they estimated it and I'd be are 6 or 7 weeks. Gotten bloodwork first set my beta levels were 33 then 3 days later they were 147.4 then 2 days later it was 280. It's short by 10, I'm not having any shark pains or.bleeding so they don't think it'd ectopic, I just have light pinching on my left side, my friend said she had that and she's 5 months along. My stomach is getting firm I'm just a first time mom who worried. Please help
