If your 13 year old daughter is running around having sex,fighting boys,staying out all night,who do you blame ?parents or child.

I ask this because my friend was telling me about how her niece is doing these things. She says she feels the kid is old enough to know what she's doing so its the kid fault. I blame the parent for not being around much and never talking to her daughter. I feel beating them isn't always the right way of handling things.

That's just my opinion but my friend and the girl mom calls her names like little bitch and other crazy things and maybe that's why she acts out?and her mom was a teen parent,I also believe that sometime what we do ad parents can affect our children.
