PCOS and dieting

I have PCOS and I know I need to lose weight but I find it so hard to lose the weight,

I have a high blood pressure so need to keep away from those salty foods,

I have PCOS too as as well a wheat intolerance.

Exercising is also difficult due to an injury months ago.

Anyone got any dieting tips that have worked for you? And manageable money wise as I'm a college student too.

I really want my own family when I'm older and the fact I can't shake this weight is getting me down :(
