Cytotec Question

I had another MMC (this one at 9+4) and am opting for the Cytotec route at home. Do I need to keep my pelvis elevated after putting in the tablets? We started with Cytotec last year when I had a MMC at 15+2, but I in the hospital that time and can't remember. I put in the tablets about an hour ago and have my pelvis elevated, but it is making my back hurt so I don't know if I can manage to lay like this for another 3-5 hours.
