My s/o and I just got into a huge fight and I'm afraid I've ruined Christmas forever for us. It was all my fault and I just spiraled out of control and started hitting myself because I was so mad at myself. I'm afraid she's going to leave me. Hell I'd leave me after this. I just don't know why I catastrophize everything and make it so much worse 😔
