why is it always when your ill😷

I'm so ill today, swollen glands, coughing non stop, bad headache, my eyes hurt when I move them, my neck hurts when I move it. And today is the day that my 6 month old son acts up and refuses to nap, screams non stop and moans all morning 😩 I can't cope with this!!
