anyone else??? tmi!!! but need help

Sooo I've been so constipated lately & I can't seem to find anything to help. Everytims I passs a stool- it's hard and it's small poo's. and also hurts my booty hole. I'm sorry I had to say that but it's true!! I have to wipe like 10 times and it's still doesn't get cleaned. I even use baby wipes and it seems like I can wipe and wipe and wipe and there's still stuff, like wtf!! This has never happened to me!!!! THEN to top it off today I wiped after going and there was little tiny specs of blood, I looked it up and I guess it's from hemorrhoids!
