when to take a pregnancy test?

I am supposed to get my period in 5 days. My boyfriend and I had sex on Christmas eve and he never pulled out. I am on the pill. When should I take a pregnancy test to get an accurate result? Please help!!

You should wait until after you miss your period because you'll just get a negative if you take one now. You're most likely not pregnant though because you're on the pill. Also ovulation usually happens about 14 days before the start of your next period. So even if your birth control failed, you most likely weren't fertile to even get pregnant! Just to be safe though, take the pregnancy test after the last day of your missed period.
