Sex in public when plus size I use to have sex in public all the time when skinny I would like to again now that am plus but am not confident enough now

So when I use to be skinny me and my boyfriend always had sex in public but now am plus and are relationship going down hill because of it and health problems I would like to get back to it but am embarrassed of someone seeing me and saying something smart also am not Confident anymore ive always wanted to do it in the car and dressing room and neaver did but I have do it in other public places how can I get myself brave enough to do it again how hard is it for a plus girl to do this without getting busted
