Thoughts?-Possible Trigger

So I'm scrolling on FB and I see this story and I was shocked that she took it that far. I went on the "baby's father" page and he basically said she would "schedule" her appts. When he had to work and didn't tell him until the last minute. She made fake ultrasounds. She had everyone, including her immediate family fooled, she had a gender reveal and a baby shower. As far as touching her stomach he would just give her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she was just carrying small.

I honestly think she needs some mental help and needs to be in some therapeutic classes or on some medication. It's really sad.
