Areolas are turning white?

So I both pump and breast feed my baby. I've noticed today my left areola is like swollen, turning white, and I can't express milk out of my nipple even though I can tell my boob is full. I tried pumping thinking maybe just my boob is extremely full for some reason and clogged up in my nipple area. I pumped, barely got anything. And my nipple stayed the same. I thought it would go down if I pumped milk out. Nope. It's freaking me out now cause I only have one boob now pretty much to feed my child, and my left boob is left being full and I can't do anything about it. My right nipple is white too, but not as swollen. Like very beginning stages of what my left boob has now.

Whats going on??? How do I fix it? help me:(
