Unprotected Sex

My boyfriend & I usually use condoms when having sex, I am off birth control (depo) because it messed with my body too much. We were both caught up in the moment and he came inside me. When I realized it, within 3 hours, we went to go buy plan B. Will it work, especially if the next day (today) I began ovulating?
