The clock is ticking!!

Is anyone else feeling like they're running out of time? I'm due March 14th, and I feel like 11 weeks is NOT a long time, and that I have a years worth of preparing to get done! I want to buy the baby things I need because my registry doesn't seem popular if you know what I mean, but I still have 6 weeks until the baby shower. I want to remind everyone to GET ON GETTING STUFF because it's only 6 weeks, but I don't want to be pushy at all. And the venue for my baby shower is still up in the air because my dad hasn't made a decision (even though he's had a month) about me being able to host it at my parents house. I just feel like nothing is planned and im so unprepared. Anyone else?
