My husband and I didn't get each other anything, but we discussed and agreed on it before hand. We decided we would rather spend the money on our kids and family members. Having each other is the best gift anyway 💓

Unless it's a plan both partners agreed on beforehand, I think it's ridiculous not to get a gift from your partner! It doesn't have to cost anything, but if he can't even bother to make you a thoughtful card or something, that doesn't reflect well on him at all.

I didn't either. But I begged him not to. I want his time not whatever random gadget he may come home with.

I didn't! But we decided not to get each other stuff since we went to Hawaii 2 weeks ago. I probably would've been mad if I got him something and he didn't get me anything though. We always talk about gifts beforehand! Usually we'll discuss how much to spend and how many gifts to give each other

I didn't but as long as my kids are taken care of and got to open gifts that's all that matters. We have been going through a lot lately. Me going back to school and then I totaled my car the week prior. My husband has a slipped disk in his back. We made the best of it. I was in yoga pants and a black top because I was in so much pain.

All I got was a rose and a Dr pepper only because I told him that I wanted some bean and beef burritos from the market down the street if not I probably wouldn't have got nothing either but yes as long the kids got presents for Christmas that's all that matters to me.
