You really don't need to be registering an animal as a therapy animal if you don't need one and they haven't been through training. It looks bad on all therapy dogs when just anyone registers their nippy, untrained pet as a therapy dog and it's disrespectful to people that actually NEED a therapy dog and have been through the proper training programs to make that happen.

This not always true. Where I live SO many people have done this apartments/ homes are declining any pets because everyone has an "emotional support" animal and is tearing up their properties. It's very disrespectful to do something like this when it is not true. It hurts those that actually do need one

Fake. All those sites are fake and that's why some states are making it a crime if you fake them. Your dr can write you a note ,for free, if it's needed. Then yes, the apartments have to accept it due to fair housing laws.

Yep it is. I've placed my pup as a esa took him to all the proper classes and that as well. They can't change you the extra rent or deposit if you have them registered and have a dr note as well
