painful!

So I've been ebf for almost 6 months now and somehow I've now gotten a plugged duct. I don't think it's gotten to be mastitis yet. I'm hoping I can keep it from getting there. It's a painful lump but no fever symptoms. However I also noticed the my nipple is raw and its cracked 😩. I've looked up what to do and I've started applying heat and feeding/pumping frequently.. if anyone has any advice on what to do I could use it!
