Does anyone know what this is ? I noticed he started getting dry patches yesterday and now he has this all over his face ? Do I just need to put more lotion on him ?

What kind of lotion do you use? Have you noticed it on any of the areas you put the lotion on? I ask because it could be a reaction to the lotion.

Looks like eczema to me, my baby gets it all the time

My baby brother gets that sometimes, I make him chamomile tea and let it cool and apply it with a cotton ball wherever he's red, it really helps it's probably just a rash

Either baby acne or eczema. Pop into your doctor and see what they think xx
