I have a fever should I let daddy take care of the baby today? He's only 2 weeks 1 day old and I don't want to get him sick. My temp is 100.3

That's not a fever. A fever is 100.8. But you can care for your child with a fever. Just don't cough in baby's face or kiss them on the mouth.
