why do some girls not like to be eaten out?

This girl and I have been talking off and on and sometimes it gets sexual. But she told me she doesn't always like when girls go down on her. Is this a trust issue or insecurity for her maybe?

For me, I just don't like it. Nothing to do with insecurity or anything, and my husband understands. I have a problem with liquids period though. Whether I spill a drink on me or whatever. It's uncomfortable and I go into panic mode. When ever anyone went down on me, I felt like I had wet myself and felt the need to get up and clean up right away hahaha.
