What's next??

Question

I had my HSG done this morning and they said everything looks normal and my tubes were both open. Had day 3 blood work done and everything was normal. My husband had a semen analysis and it was normal. We have been TTC for 16 months. Are there more fertility tests they can do or is the next step IUI or IVF? Kind of frustrating when everything comes back normal but we aren't able to conceive :(

Mee in the same boat  .., My all test are normal every thing  is ok In my all test  results but I am not conceived I don't know what happened with Mee... I have one daughter she is six year old she wants brother an sister 
But we can't get them ..:( we are trying from 3 year :( some I loose hope and crying so much  but  some time I am very hope full

Have they ever confirmed that you are actually ovulating/releasing an egg with your LH surges? 
Because the next step would probably be clomid to increase the number of 'targets.'
