Mosquitos or bed bugs? Help!!

So for the last couple of weeks I've been getting bitten on my arms, feet and ankles. In the winter it's very unusual to have Mosquitos or gnats because it's too cold for them yet I'm still getting bitten?! I am around a dog somedays but no one else has been bitten so I've ruled out flees. Pictures of the bites follows, help??

This is what my daughter came home with last night from her dads. This is the 4th time she's come home like this. Fleas or bed bugs?

Have you checked under your mattress, under your sheets/ mattress protector? Use a flashlight and look if you haven't already. They typically like to bite in a line type of pattern and commonly bite around the legs and ankles. Mosquito bites are typically larger. Did you mention you had a dog? If so, check for fleas. Fleas will bite humans, but it's not their desired target.

Get a closer picture.  You can usually tell by the hole that's left and what kind of swelling.
