I wash my body every day but I wash my hair every 3-5 days. If I washed my hair every day it would get dried up and break off. With how thick my hair is it actually would take an entire week to get oily.

I take two to three showers a day ...and shower every time I do number two ...call me crazy but I feel weird if don't shower a lot ...lol especially when it's red ribbon week (af)

Shower mornings and bath evenings. I cant pysically go out the door without a shower and it awakens me up and cant go to bed without a bath. Im super fussy my girl and partner both follow this as well. Bothing worse then bad hygiene yuck
