Pregnancy Bump

So, awhile ago my friend was telling me that you can run your hand across your lower abdomen and feel a crease where your womb would be when your not pregnant. And there would be a bump if you did. I'm just wondering if this is a true thing or wether it's just nonsense. Has anyone ever noticed this?
