In Need of Prayers

I'm a month late for my period and I've been regular the last few months. I had a baby nine months ago, so maybe my cycle could still be wonky. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests a week apart from each other and they were negative. I'm worried because I had irregular cycles with extreme hemorrhage bleeding for years. But, that issue has been gone several years now. I am scared it might return. I just pray that the Lord lets me know what my body is doing soon. I plan to retest pregnancy as well. My first daughter didn't give me a positive test until I was 5 months pregnant.
