first time doing an ovulation test.

I'm doing my first ever ovulation test to be sure the glow window and my actual window line up. So I'm new to this whole light line thing or dark line. We are ttc #2 for the last 13 months. I'm doing these tests before I decide to start fertility meds. Glow says Thursday is our day. Is it better to do right in the morning like a pregnancy test?
