condoms and should he pull out right after finishing?

My boyfriend and I have to use condoms because I can't use birth control after 3-4 different ones in less than a year, we found it worked better if I wasn't on them. (I wasn't a crazed lunatic when I was off of them) but my question is serious. Should he pull out right after he finishes or what? Cause when he's done he kinda collapses on me and holds me for a few moments before pulling out. And I just wanna make sure that method isn't gonna give us babies yet. Lol. So any real advice would be appreciative! Please and thank you!!!
