Sent home with 3 min contractions?

So I wait till my contractions are 3 minutes apart as I've always been told,  I got to the hospital and I was dilated 2 cm and 75% effaced, and -3 but she felt the head, they monitored me for 2 hours and the entire time I was contracting 3 minutes apart but I didn't dilate anymore so they sent me home, I'm still having contractions what in the world am I supposed to do with painful contraction every 3 minutes?  How am I supposed to know when in in labor now? My water will not break on its own!

This happened to a friend!

She was so mad they "sent her home" that instead of actually going home she walked the hospital (the outside has like a pathway around it) for a good solid 30 - 40 min. 😂 She said she was not driving 30 min. back home to just come right back.

Go to a different hospital. That's pretty stupid that they sent you home

Just happened to me last night .I was 3 min apart and all hooked up, but after an hour cervix didn't change.. so home I went with some Ambien to sleep. That stuff is crazy!! I was so relaxed, slept so good! No contractions this morning...

That what happen to me. Yes, go to a different hospital! That's what I did after 27 hours and wished I did it sooner

I was like that and got sent home .. how do you know your water is not going to break? And my contractions ended up slowing down and stopping that next day they told me take some Tylenol pm for pain and get some rest
