pumping tips?

I can't get much out from a pump even when full! I feel like not all my ducts work together and I only get drips or a few squirts here and there! Any tips for emptying my breasts and opening more ducts?

Try warm compress before/during pumping, massage, and looking at pics/videos of your baby.  These help with let down. Also pumping in the morning usually gets more milk because your supply is highest in the am.

First make sure your membranes are flat against the valves! You will lose suction if it's not!

Lavender oil helped keep my ducts flowing. I used it after I had a bout with clogged ducts. Also the hot compresses as mentioned in an earlier comment. Good luck!

I pump when baby is nursing.

Look at baby or pics/videos of baby. Breast massage. Make sure you have the correct fitting shields. If you have a Medela pump make sure the membranes aren't hanging. They should be flush against the valve or they need to be replaced. Or you could try the duckbill valves for Medela from Amazon. Supposed to be better suction. Also consider a hands free pump bra. I always get better output when I'm using the bra and not pushing the shields into my breasts accidentally.
