Anyone in the same boat??
Ok, since Saturday I have not been sleeping correctly, or even sleeping at all. I've been up well past 5:30 AM and when I finally go to sleep its because I had to take a shower to relax. This has never happened to me (for as long as I could remember). I've always been on a routine sleeping schedule due to work & college classes. I'm not sure what's going on. Anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance!!
