Coloring your 5 year olds hair

A friend of mine she has a 5 year old. She just recently colored her hair BLACK. She had a pretty dirty blonde and she colored it black to make her look more "punk". My friend is a punk girl or whatever you call it. She is all about the "punk" lifestyle, all the band tee shirts for her kids, making her kinda look silly and not like a normal 5 year old should look. Sometimes she'll put makeup on her but not sexy makeup. PUNK BLACK MAKEUP. She dresses her in leather and what not the whole bundle. Do you think it's right that she did this?
