TTC could I be pregnant?

Question

I'm 20 days "late" but I have irregulars periods anyways. But I had all my PMS symptoms about 2 weeks ago but never got my period. I took a test Jan 8 and got a negative. Is it possible that I took it to early? My sister keeps telling me that I'm pregnant (she is 36 weeks) and apparently I had "the dream".... What would you suggest?

Go to the doctor. They can do a blood test.

Take another test, i have iregular periods too and I took a test 2 days after missed period and it was negative. Than I had a dream like I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive but in the same time i had blood, than saw two babies crying. Next day I took a test it turned out positive and than I found out I had twins and the blood was I miscarried tham 😔. Hope you are pregnant and everithing goes well for u and babie😊
