Sometimes i feel like if im out of breath

I have been feeling like if i am out of breath or like if my heart skips a beat lately at random times i can literally just be sitting down talking to family and all of a sudden it just happens i think it all started one night i woke up in the middle of the night because i felt like if my heart was going to pop out of my chest for no reason just really fast beatings. I had to sit up and concentrate on my breathing for a few seconds.Im 19 could this be something really bad Has anyone felt like that.
