my period is off

Hey girls in New to the group but I could really use some advice I started spotting like small little dots last Tuesday and then it just stayed like that no period flow at all ! Then on Monday it got a little heavy but it's still very bright pink and red on stains on my pad or it gets a small flow but I mean I stained for 5 days straight then I get a heavier flow? Mind you my period is always very heavy and I pass clots and this time not even a clot nothing . I am sexually active and I don't use any form of birth control. Please help!! 😭
