So I'm pregnant with my 1st and I've now gone from a DD to a G... I'm only ~14 weeks.  I'll admit I'm a vain person.  Has anyone had their breast size increase that much, what happens after you had kids?  Would you get them reduced after kids or altered to perk them up?  I've always said after kids I was getting my boobs done because I don't want them to look bad.  But right now I'm struggling to even find maternity bras or anything that fit as I'm now a 32G, so I have a little rib cage.  I'm really hoping they don't get any larger!
