Ramzi Method... help?!?!

I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and very curious about the ramzi method... if I'm doing it right which I'm most likely not it'll be a boy. But I'm just curious if anyone could help me out because I'm a little confused. It's an abdominal ultrasound that I had done at 6 weeks and 5 days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
