frequent feedings at 9 weeks old
My little guy is 9 weeks old. I feel like evenings are still super hard for us. It's not uncommon for him to become fussy and want to eat every hour to hour and a half. Is that common for any of you? The rest of the day and night even have pretty typical 2-4 hours between feedings, but he wants to eat every hour or so between 5-10 pm.
I know I should feed him on demand and I definitely do. I'm just wondering if I'm doing the right thing. I'm finding that he doesn't nurse very long between 5-10 pm and often seems to use it to calm himself down and falls asleep quickly (within 5-6 minutes) for short naps. No other soothing efforts seem to be effective.
