ovulation question
I recently got a iud and since then I get cramps and spot between periods and I believe that that is when I am ovulating, is right/ normal? I changed my birth control on the eve app so it shows when I'm ovulating and it says I am now and I just started spotting and cramps but it's my last day of ovulation.
