I'm 21 and my bf is 28 we've been ttc for  6 months and still nothing ..

No. Men can father children well into their 60's and 70's. 28 shouldn't be a problem unless for some reason he has a low sperm count. They'll typically check you out first before they'll consider sperm analysis on him.
