Diet?

I've heard there is a specific diet that can help with endo... Does anyone follow this diet and noticed at least that it helped your endo?

I'm a registered dietitian - I also have endometriosis. I have searched through scientific articles for a diet in comparison to endo symptoms and have found nothing. I don't believe there is any credible scientific evidence for a diet to treat endometriosis. The best you can do is to eat a good balanced diet and follow the MyPlate guidelines. It has helped me tremendously to cut out gluten and avoid soy as much as possible. It's rough at first but I feel so much better.

There is a woman who has a company called Green Smoothie Girl. She has powders you add to your drinks for your health like loosing weight, getting rid of headaches etc. A lady used the powders daily and stated that her endometriosis had finally gone away. I've drank the green smoothie powders for headaches and they did help and improve my overall health. I am not sure if it slowed my endometriosis growth down, but that is the only food/diet that I've read from someone that's helped them. It's a bit pricey though
