I had an abortion when I was 6 weeks 3 days pregnant with twins.I've been reading a lot lately😢 to overcome my nightmares. I wish I could hear their heart beat which I have never herd before I have never had an proper Altra sound. I found out that I was pregnant with twins at the day I had abortion and I over herd it from the nurse. I wish I didn't do that. I had no choice I was forced to do abortion. I don't really understand the things I'm going thru right now will I be able to have children's in future? Am I healthy? I was bleeding a lot after abortion and I just had my second period today please help me 😢😢
